Welcome to my pro-gay rights and pro-same sex marriage (“SSM”) USA blog!

C) Then beginning in about January 2012, the focus of this blog will be entirely focused on gay rights in the state of Arkansas, USA (via a citizen referendum).

1. The referendum will change the current Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993 (located in title 16 and chapter 123 of the state code), which has three (3) subchapters as follows:

Subchapter 1 - Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993

Subchapter 2 - Fair Housing
Subchapter 3 - Arkansas Fair Housing Commission

2. The 1993 Act will become the Arkansas Humans Rights Act of 2012 and consist of SIXTEEN (yes, 16 of them!) subchapters as follows:

Subchapter (3) 2 -- Arkansas (Fair Housing) Human Rights Commission

Subchapter (2) 4 -- Arkansas (Fair) Housing Nondiscrimination Act
Subchapter 5 -- Arkansas Public Accommodations Nondiscrimination Act
Subchapter 6 -- Arkansas Education Nondiscrimination Act
Subchapter 7 -- Arkansas Credit Nondiscrimination Act
Subchapter 8 -- Arkansas Disability Nondiscrimination Act
Subchapter 9 -- Arkansas HIV / Hepatitis Nondiscrimination Act.
Subchapter 10 -- Arkansas Gender Nondiscrimination Act
Subchapter 11 -- Arkansas Domestic Partner Medical Facilities and Burial Act
Subchapter 12 -- Arkansas Health Care Advance Directive Registry Act
Subchapter 13 -- Arkansas Domestic Partner Medical & Burial Registry Act
Subchapter 14 -- Arkansas Hate Crime Act
Subchapter 15 -- Arkansas School Bullying Prevention Act
Subchapter 16 -- Arkansas Adult Bullying Prevention Act
