Welcome to my pro-gay rights and pro-same sex marriage (“SSM”) USA blog!
D) The following is the contrast of what is covered between the 1993 Act and the 2012 Act:
1. The present Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993 covers “race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin.” This list is in this order most of the time, but it is never consist.
2. The future Arkansas Humans Rights Act of 2012 covers “actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, military status, age, disability (including HIV / hepatitis status), marital status, familial status, personal appearance, source of income, political affiliation, and student status” - almost always in this order (with some exceptions).
E) I’ll be releasing each subchapter and some definitions [in (D) 2. above) as PDF & RTF files once a week via a future ezine list (when I get at least 100 people on said future ezine) on every Monday at approx. 8:00 am, CT. I’d love your input (via commets below). If you can ask the following questions (and then answer them) as follows:
1. Are there any grammatical errors?
2. Are there any spelling errors?
3. Is there anything that is unnecessary and could be omitted?
4. Is there anything I forgot to put in and you think I should add it?
(Note: I'll be adding a opt-in form here hopefully within 60 days from now [Wed, 5-18-2011]. Or you can donate below to help me out in order for me to subscribe to Aweber or other autoresponder system. Thanks.)
Thanks for coming to my blog.
